We just put the finishing touches on the Holiday customer appreciation project for Princess Cruises. This microsite is sent to all past passengers in the United States, Australia and Great Britain wishing them a Happy Holidays and thanking them for their business. The promotion is expected to reach approximately 10 million customers over the month of December.

Welcome – we finally have the ‘Ripcord Insider’ blog up and running!

As we collectively wind down the final two weeks of the year Matt and I, ironically, find ourselves doing anything but. In fact, we have been tirelessly winding up the end of the year by putting the finishing touches on a major holiday project for Princess Cruises, landing our newest client and preparing to charge into a successful 2011.

To that end, look for some really cool stuff to be posted on the ‘insider’ in the near future. As this is the forum/platform/sounding board we will use to share our latest thoughts, perspectives and interests.
